How it works.

Six steps from tier selection to ongoing compliance. Standard formation takes 5-7 business days. Rush processing (24-48 hours) available for $150. Every step is documented and trackable through your dashboard.

You do not need to be in Wyoming, and your property does not need to be there either. Wyoming is the formation state only — your LLC can hold property anywhere in the country, and you can live anywhere in the United States.

  1. Choose your tier

    Pick the service level that matches your situation.
    • Formation Only: you know what you need, you want clean execution.
    • Privacy Package: you want a defensible 2-layer structure with digital privacy.
    • Full Service: you need dedicated attorney time, title coordination, and a complete privacy audit.
    • We recommend two layers for most clients. We actively discourage 3-4 layer structures unless specifically justified (documented threats, public-figure status). More layers invite IRS scrutiny.

  2. Payment via Stripe

    Flat fee. No retainer billing, no hourly surprises.
    • One-time formation fee charged at the start of the engagement.
    • State filing fees passed through at cost on the receipt.
    • Annual renewal billed on the anniversary of formation.
    • All pricing is on the pricing page. No hidden fees surface later.

  3. KYC screening

    We verify identity. This protects both of us.
    • Government ID verification and OFAC/SDN list screening for every client.
    • This is a feature, not friction. It means every client in our system is verified and legitimate.
    • It protects you from association with bad actors using the same service.
    • We do not sell or share KYC data. It is held under engagement confidentiality.

  4. Formation initiated

    Standard: 5-7 business days. Rush: 24-48 hours ($150).
    • Articles of Organization filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
    • Our registered agent address appears on the public filing, not yours.
    • Privacy Package and Full Service: both LLCs formed (Wyoming holding + property-state entity).
    • Full Service: attorney consultation scheduled (up to 2 hours included).
    • Operating agreement delivered (template for Formation Only; attorney-drafted for higher tiers).
    • EIN obtained from the IRS.

  5. Dashboard provisioned

    Your entities, documents, and compliance calendar in one place.
    • Entity management: visualize your LLC structure, track formation status.
    • Document vault: operating agreements, EIN letters, articles of organization.
    • Compliance calendar: automated reminders for annual reports, registered agent renewals.
    • Privacy Package and above: data broker removal status, public records monitoring.

  6. Ongoing compliance and monitoring

    The structure is only as private as the maintenance.
    • Annual Wyoming report filed on your behalf. Your name never appears.
    • Registered agent service renewed. No missed deadlines, no public default.
    • Data broker monitoring: re-removal sweeps catch re-listings (Privacy Package and above).
    • Full Service: 30-minute annual attorney review included in renewal.
    • Compliance reminders via email for all tiers.

What we do not do.

  • We do not hide assets from courts, judgments, or the IRS. This is privacy from public records, not concealment from legal process.
  • Formation staff do not provide legal advice. All legal advisory comes from a licensed attorney under a separate engagement.
  • We do not promise permanent privacy. Regulations change. We keep you informed and adapt your structure when needed.
  • We do not recommend 3-4 layer LLC structures for typical clients. Two layers is the defensible standard. More layers invite scrutiny.
